Thomas Jefferson University Salutes Martin Luther King, Jr’s Vision

Dr. Stephen Klasko, President and CEO of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health and Joseph B. Hill, Senior Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer, hosted a welcome reception for Ambassador Andrew Young, Jr. on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. The following morning, Ambassador Young delivered remarks and participated in a Q&A session led by Sidney Kimmel Medical College Class of 2018 student, Peter Salam Beah.

BTC Envelopes & Printing, LLC was able to join for a thought-provoking discussion with Ambassador Young about the importance of healthcare as part of Dr. King’s vision of equal rights for all. BTC also got the chance to learn more about what Jefferson is doing to ensure access to quality healthcare for every member of our community.
